Collaborative Programs of the Faculty of Arts and Science & the Faculty of Medicine
The Human Biology Specialist and Major Programs provide an interdisciplinary course of study that integrate the basic medical sciences with other life sciences. These programs build on a strong background in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics in first year. The upper years provide exposure to several disciplines within the life and basic medical sciences. Students acquire a broad knowledge base which is valuable not only for those intending to pursue a career in science, but also for those with career interests in other areas such as business or education.
